अहंकार " इन्सान का सबसे बड़ा शत्रु है । मूल रूप में ये संस्कृत शब्द अहंकार का अर्थ है : अहं + आकार , अहं यानि स्वयं / आत्मा जब आकार लेती , उसे अहंकार कहते हैं । अहं या आत्मा चेतन है और आकार जड़ है । इन्सान अहं या स्वयं के महत्व को भूलकर आकार को ही अपना मानता है । आकार यानि देह और उससे जुडी हर चीज को मैं / मेरा मान लेता है उसे अहंकार कहते हैं । इस प्रकार वह स्वयं ही अपने नष्ट होने का कारण बनता है । अत: अहं यानि चेतना और आकार यानि जड़ को जो पृथक पृथक देखता है, वही यथार्थ देखता है ।

Avoiding Negative Vibrations - Taking on the Energy of Others In order to protect ourselves from taking on any negative energy from other people or situations; we can learn to shield. There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. This is not that unusual. Each of us radiates energy & is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don’t unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover & practice the technique that works best. There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy. Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. Center yourself & envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving & protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word & the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Cold water baths, singing, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this. While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love & the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.

Take a clear look at the life you are living. Do not spend time trying to undo what you have done. Rather, take the responsibility for living your own life. Determine what is most important to you to live an evolving life. Each moment of life has relevance. Invariably our intentions are tied to the past and we try not to repeat what we perceive as mistakes. Dismissing experience as an error or mistake is often misleading. Each experience, whether positive or negative, leads one to a perspective. Always honor the experience, no matter what. The conflict within self is often caused by dueling voices inside each one of us that cause confusion, reminds one of past mistakes, or cause one to doubt self. Simply ignore and disregard the voices that are judgmental, make you feel ashamed & interfere with your resolve to succeed, it will help you stop being critical of your failures & afraid of success. Listen to & believe your true inner voice (the voice of understanding, support, self-assurance, love & compassion) which encourages you, gives you hope & pushes you to trust & believe in yourself. It will lessen & even resolve internal conflict, bolster your spirits & urge you to go after your dreams. The ultimate truth of life is engaging self fully in the moment. It allows one to let go of the past better & focus one’s thoughts on the goals that resonate the most strongly within. By being fully present with all that we are & all that we have, we can experience each of our choice fully, make the most fulfilling choices & feel more sure of what we are doing.

Depression is huge ..youngsters, middle aged and even old people suffer from it. It doesn't spare any age , or sex or the rich or the poor . It's like a monster on a rampage . ..a boyfriend or a girlfriend has left them , inability to cope up with changing lifestyle, problems with the spouse or the in -laws, Ill health , children leaving you and going away for further studies or sons separating from parents after marriage , death of a spouse or a child or a parent, sibling rivalry where you are unable to do better than your brother or sister, parents creating differences between one child and the other...there are so many, many causes.Remember , wherever your thought goes , energy follows. The more you talk of depression , the same energy awaits you . A lot of people are fat today because they do emotional eating ie filling the emptiness in you with food . The stomach fat is nothing but stored emotions or undigested emotions . Talking about depression, in medical terms , it's a mood disorder and loss of interest in your daily activities. It can lead to sleeplessness, anxiety, anger, aggressiveness, frustration , lack of appetite, binging, anorexia, lack of concentration, low self esteem and even suicidal thoughts . It's about feeling low for no reason . Life is a journey and how you want to go about it, is your choice . Life gives you opportunities to figure out things for yourself , its upto you how you want to do it . The path may not be easy , but you can dare to walk because the end of the road is always beautiful. Believe it and it shall happen .

 We all know that  that a Soul needs a body to go through a huge gamut of experiences,  may it be physical or emotional . Soul needs those experiences and those happen on this Earthly plane .  We are a spirit or a soul who has come down for a physical experience. .The body goes through a wide foray of experiences depending on the karmas and dharma.
We come to the Earth to understand and learn only two things..Emotions and Polarity . The emotions are experienced by the body in the form of joy, happiness, anger, fear, jealousy, resentment, rejection etc etc . Through the emotions we'll experience pain or pleasure and that becomes polarity .Every emotion will make you feel either good or bad..this is polarity again . We judge others.. she's good or she's bad and when we do that, we're putting our emotions into it. When you dont polarise , you're not judging and when you don't do that,  you're at ease ..theres nothing good or bad, nothing beautiful or ugly, no dark or light ... it's a state of equanimity. We learn to reach that state through meditation, by controlling the mind .The Mind is like a monkey , jumping from here to there, always active , chattering away, deciding , pushing us, creating havoc ...no stillness  .You have to quieten it , teach it and that's a huge task . The more the mind chatters the more the body feels uneasy . Quieter the mind , more stable the body. The relation between the two is that of inseparable twins. One jumps, the other does too . Therefore pain in the mind becomes a pain in the body or what we call psychosomatic. Psycho ie affecting your psyche and somatic becomes bodily or physical . So what affects the mind will affect the body ..simple .
Emotion as we all know is energy in motion and when this energy stops flowing or moving, disease comes up . Disease is a cause that something has happened. Disease is saying that pay heed to yourself,  to your emotion.  Our body is smart,  it is intelligent, it responds to the intensity of emotion.  Fear of letting go will cause a disease of the colon,  high cholesterol is caused by not letting joy come into your life , unresolved anger leads to   kidney stones , when you feel unsupported in life you will land up with osteoporosis,  obsessing about something will lead to spleen issues etc etc . So you can see the mind- body connection but it's all the journey of a soul which is in a physical body .
The soul before it takes birth has already decided in its Life Between Life stage,  that in the coming birth it would want to experience rejection and anger ..so it will choose a parent or parents or a family where it will experience anger and resentment. The child will be born as a girl in a family where it will be rejected because she's a girl , which will cause her distress and  a great deal of anger . If she learns to overcome these two issues , she won't have mental traumas or  health issues but if she becomes emotional and goes through anger and rejection then she's bound to face PCOD or liver issues due to anger,  or kidney issues due to parental resentment . This girl will reject her parents because her soul wants to experience rejection, and wants to experience anger . This is her this life's purpose . So here it's the mind - body- spirit at play .

Case Study... Cause and Effect #Karmic Link... Why do I have a daughter with autism/ Asperger ? Why do I have a difficult relationship with husband? What is the purpose of my life? A 42 year woman, with these queries, came to understand the reasons of her extreme sufferings. Session….. It is a beautiful small English house surrounded by trees. My parents along with 4-5 kids are sitting in a room and talking. I am a girl wearing frock. I am a young woman in a Church. It is my wedding. The groom has come along with a six year old boy, his son. I came to a big house with lot of wooden work after marriage. My husband is a very important person, always busy, not bothered about me. Lots of people have gathered here for a party. The boy calls me mom. It is his birthday celebrations. I am attending to every guest. My husband is not present. Mine is very lonely life, just taking care of the boy and home. Now I am holding a small girl child in my hands. The boy is of 10 years now, very happy, jumping around. I am feeling little happy but I do not like the boy. He hurts my daughter. I want to protect her. I want him to go away (started crying). My daughter is grown up now but it seems I am around her all the time as something is wrong with her. I always worry about her. It seems she has the similar type of disorder—Autism/Asperger. I teach her to play piano. Boy is not at home. Three of us, my husband, daughter and me are here. I did not allow him to live with us. He is growing up at some other place. I am pregnant again. I am 40 now. I have lot of health problems and severe breathing difficulty. My husband and daughter are present near me. I think I am at full term. I am sinking, feeling numb, feel no pain anywhere. I am no more. There is lot of sadness that I did not give birth to child. My last thought was about my daughter and that I should have loved the boy. I am buried, it is 1859. My name is Mary. Guided to light, the master light came, when she asked what is the purpose of my present life? The answer came - love everybody, selfless love. In that life you did not love the boy so in this life you have to learn unconditional love. The husband and daughter are my current life husband and daughter also, more difficult to live with. As a past life regression therapist again I witnessed karmic link affecting present life so much, We must sow all the seeds in our life with love.

Read somewhere , like to share... Some Simple Vaastu Tips that can be adopted for better living. 1. The space in front of the main door should be always kept clean and well lighted. Grow plants with round leaf/flowing plants near the main entrance door path. 2. Grow Orange, jade and lime plants at the entrance to welcome good energy. 3. Maintain a well lit clean fish aquarium with 8 gold or red fishes and one black fish near your entrance at right side as you enter the main door or at North/South east sector of your premises to attract good luck 4. The living room should be bright and comfortable with furniture arranged in evenly without any obstacles. Place TV, Stereo, Computer equipment on the west wall of the living room. 5. Never allow mirrors to reflect the bed. Never sleep with your head or feet pointing at the door. Don't decorate your bed room with plants and water features decorations. 6. Bathroom and toilets doors should always be kep closed and doors not to be over decorated and should not the sited closed to the main door. 7. Mental health - Maintenance. One can remain aware of the overall emotional well being of children in case he/she engages child via daily conversations that will help one notice behavioral changes like the child becoming irritable & distant, losing interest in activities the child once loved and enjoyed. Child is very observant, his/her behavior develops in accordance with the frequency & degree of exposure to parental arguments & fights, the traumatic & emotional experience at home. One’s own anxieties, fears and depression adversely impacts children hence need to be calmed down. External environment like comparisons with other’s lives, vacation, friends, family, dress etc, exposure to drugs/ alcohol & violence, social isolation etc in society also impacts the child’s mental health. The feeling of belongingness and connectedness, competence, positive feedback, recognition & rewarding experiences enhances a child’s mental wellness. Positive behavior that inculcates self respect, self esteem & trust in self in child helps him/her face difficult situations like bullying & harassment. Getting stressed in tough and adverse conditions is natural but limiting hampering of one’s sense of satisfaction caused due to irrational exaggeration of expectation from life, avoiding getting trapped in feeling of helplessness & self pity, appreciating and being grateful for things that are plentiful in life, shifting focus from public approval to personal approval and regular exercise in addition to maintaining good physical health also helps in controlling one’s anger, anxiety and depression, thus maintaining emotional well being.

Present life vs past life - a PLR session A client told I feel very sad and lonely. In my present life I feel suffocated and usually hurt by family and friends. I feel like visiting my past life. Session….. I am small 8 yr old boy standing in a red soil ground. I am alone. It seems I am looking for someone. A woman is looking at me from a little afar. I feel she will come to me. Some men are also entering the ground. The woman ran away. They come near me and tell me I am an illegitimate child. I am afraid and ran towards village. I reached a small house. A woman is cooking meals. I am helping her. We are waiting. A man and a boy came. We are now taking food. The three of them are absorbed in themselves. I feel isolated and all alone. The boy is their son. He brought me to his home. The boy loves me and treats me as his brother. He is looking at me and giving me more food to eat. Now I am 15 yrs old and clean shoes in the village. My brother has joined army. The man does not like me. He beats me a lot and calls me bastard. My brother came back and got married. He shifted to some city. He started some business linked with stones for me. He calls me Madhav. I am bodily very weak. Whenever the man comes he treats me very badly. Nobody likes me in the village. I am 30 plus. I could not marry. Life is ok. The woman is dead. We all are sad. The man came to live with us. My life is fine when my brother is here but when he goes for work my life is difficult. I am 45. One day the body of my brother came. I am very sad and feeling at loss. Now I am afraid about myself. I am still living in this house with his father. Our fights are on the rise. One day few men came to house. The man locked me in a room. After sometime he opened the room. I am trying to get out of the room but he did not allow and stopped me. He wrapped a cloth around my face. I am feeling suffocated. He is beating me. It seems they are taking me somewhere. I feel many more people are with him now. I feel I am lying on the ground. Someone is beating and breaking my hand. I am very afraid. They are now burying me in the ground. I am breathless and suffocated. I die. At the time of death there was too much pain in my body and I was suffocating. I was unwanted. No one was mine. The brother is my present life mother. In light the soul consciousness felt healed and message received ----“self love”. Reorientation… It was a difficult past life but I do not know why I feel light. The present life is better, maybe I have a step father but my mother and sister are with me. I will try to appreciate the good things I have in present life.
